Slowly but surely making progress on the horizontal stabilizer. Here are all the skeleton parts ready for dimpling:


I don't have a pneumatic squeezer so to make things easier, I clamped my hand squeezer to the workbench. I could easily operate the squeezer with one hand while holding the part being dimpled with the other. This worked out great and was both fast and accurate!


I dimpled all the ribs and spars as well as the holes around the edges of the skins. Since the squeezer yoke has about a 3" reach, it can't get to the holes in the middle of the skins. You use a C-frame dimpling tool for that. I ended the night by beginning to make a small, simple support table for the C-frame tool.
