It was a pretty monotonous day but also a little exciting as I got to start on a new section of the wings. I started by cutting out the 32 aileron skin stiffeners out of the long sticks they came in (four stiffeners per stick). Here they are after the initial cut out.
They go through some cutting steps to get them angled at the front and sloped at the rear. I had intended to take pictures at each stage to show the progression but forgot, so let's jump to the shaped and smoothed stiffeners clecoed to the skins and match drilled!
