I picked up where I left off and finished the wing kit inventory. After all was said and done, I was missing both the left and right flap bottom skins (FL-702), but as is on par with Van's customer service track record, as soon as I let them know, they said they would ship the skins right away (despite me saying it would be a long time before I actually needed them and could wait for them to come with the backordered parts...).I stored most of the parts up in the garage rafters, which worked really well for the really long parts.
The shorter parts needed some help so I broke the feet off the shipping pallet and put that up between the rafters and then stored the skins and shorter parts on top of it. Worked like a charm! Now they are out of the way and hopefully out of danger from getting damaged.
I didn't want to lift the spars overhead as they are somewhat heavy so I left them in the box that they shipped in.
