This work didn't happen all today but over a smattering of days as I found time and warm enough temperatures to move the needle. Here are the tie down brackets all primed and riveted together!

Then I mounted them on the wings and torqued the bolts. This took a bit as I used the wrong torque value and stripped some bolts/nuts. Getting those stripped ones out was kind of a nightmare, honestly, but I got it done, and ordered some replacements from Aircraft Spruce.

And the other side with the aileron bell crank brackets attached.
