I finished deburring all the rear spar doublers and spar holes that I drilled yesterday. It was a little slow because it was cold again in the garage.Then I countersunk some holes on the tip doublers. Here is the before shot:

And after. The top holes were too close to use the countersink cage to control the depth so I had to do those freehand, but they came out fine.

I also dimpled the top flange of the rear spar where the holes are somewhat blocked by the reinforcement fork on the inboard end. I will probably go back and dimple the flanges on the doublers and where they land on the spar as well, just because I have good access before they are riveted together.
Next up will be priming the rear spar parts and riveting them together!
