If you thought I was done deburring, you were mistaken. Just another session of scraping the edges of aluminum ribs. There are 20 wings ribs that are parts W-711-L/R that are in their second revision. They have many more cutouts along the edges of the ribs (12 to be exact) which makes the rib stay flat through the forming process, but at the tradeoff of less fluting, you get a ton of extra deburring in all of those little mouse bites. I don't know how good of a tradeoff that is... Anyway, deburring might be done in the next session. Maybe.
