I think I finally finished up the rib prep by drilling the 3/4" hole for the conduit. I used the drill press to enlarge the hole and set the depth stop so that the 3/4" step was just through metal. That made it very repeatable and easy to go to the right depth/size.

Then, I moved on in the instructions and clecoed the ribs to the spars and match drilled them. I took my time making sure I got the right ribs in the right places. I didn't have enough clecos to do both wings at the same time so this was together for about 15 minutes before it came back apart and I repeated the process for the right wing.

After I got both wings drilled, I did a quick deburring of the ribs and spars and called it a night. Next up will be prepping for priming, priming, and then riveting these ribs and spars together!
