I found a spare bit of time today and managed to pump up the left tank and spritz it down. At 30" of water pressure, there were no bubbly rivets when I hit them with the soapy water. I might test them again since it is relatively quick and easy before I fully attach them to the wings but for now I think I can declare the tanks finished and leak free!
