Lots of removing protective vinyl from the skins and then deburring the skin edges and all of the holes. For the edges, I smoothed the shear marks with a file and then hit the sharp edges of the skin with the file as well. That got me 90% of the way there and then I have a sanding sponge thing that I used to get the edges of the skins across the finish line.Then it was just lots of time with the hole deburring but getting the inside and outside of every single hole. There are lots of holes. Like over 600 in every skin.
