This is a combination of many very small work sessions over the course of about a week. I finished match drilling all the aileron parts, of which there are many. The counterweight pipes were a bit of a bear to do but steady pressure and Boelube did the trick.
Once they were drilled, it was the daunting task of deburring all the parts and holes. The nose ribs were especially annoying with lots of nooks and crannies.
Finally, I found some time in between the rain get out the spray rig and prime all these parts. I felt kind of stupid as I just realized my struggles with priming have been because I was trying to put way too much material out of the gun at a time. This meant I needed tons of air pressure to get atomization, which blew the parts all around and drained the compressor really quickly. Turning down the primer flow and the air flow laid down a lovely smooth coat of primer. At least I figured it out at the halfway point rather than never I guess...
