After finishing the flaps, tonight I pulled the plastic conduit through the wing and mounted the ailerons. The conduit is a tight fit so it's a lot of effort to get it through all the ribs (and noisy as the ribbings of the conduit snap through the holes in the ribs!) I still need to put a bit of tank sealant or RTV on the conduit where it goes through the ribs to keep it from chaffing and eventually wearing through.

I also mounted the ailerons. This is an exercise in frustration getting all the spacers made and then the spacers, bolts, and washers in the tiny spaces in the aileron brackets where they need to go. I ended up using dental floss to get them in place. I thread the stack of washers I need to insert onto dental floss, then I can dangle them down to where they need to go and then finagle the bolt through the hole. The floss slides out pretty easily after the bolt is through the washers and holding them in place.
