Just like starting the last time, the first step in the process is to feel overwhelmed. After that, start by "breaking" the stiffeners for the horizontal stabilizer rear spar. That just means to put a nice 1/4" radius on the ends of the bars, then smooth all the edges, and then put a ~1/8" radius on the edge that will nest into the corner of rear spar so that the stiffeners sit flat against spar web (the web is the wide center part and the flanges are bent up at 90 degrees to the web).

This took a while and I enjoy an early bedtime so I left it for the night after clecoing the stiffeners to the spars in preparation for match drilling. This picture shows the crowdedness of the basement building area.

I'm pretty excited to be building and also excited to get the garage built so I can get a bit more space.
