I started a quick night of work by making the attach strips for the rudder bottom fairing. These are 1-1/8" by 18" long and have the corner nicked off. The strip is precut to the 1-1/8" width and I just needed to cut them to length. I did the trimming with shears and it came out great.

Then I clecoed the strips to the bottom rudder rib so I could match drill the holes into the strips.

Next is the monotonous task of deburring all the rudder parts. There aren't a huge amount of parts but it still takes a lot of time. I just tell myself that each little step I do or hole/edge I deburr is one less that I have to do and one step closer to an airplane.
