I had been held up in the last session by not having the stiffeners riveted to the elevator skins, so I couldn't tighten the bend on the skins, so I couldn't drill the skins to the skeleton. All of that was because I hadn't primed the parts so today I did just that. I ran out of lacquer thinner after I primed the stiffeners but before I did the skins so I went to the hardware store to get a gallon. While I was there, I bought a board and some hinges to make a bending brake for the bends in the elevator trailing edges. Back-riveting the stiffeners and bending the skins is next!
