I 'locally bevelled' the counter balance skin to ease the transition where the main skin overlaps the counterbalance skin. I also countersunk the holes in the spar so that the rivets holding on the root rib can sit flush below elevator control horn. The countersink cage doesn't fit next to the spar web so I had to countersink the two outer holes freehand.

Next I deburred all the holes in the skeleton and skins and then dimpled all of the skeleton parts except for the final few holes in the aft tip of the ribs. Those got too narrow so I'll need to circle back and hit those with the pop rivet dimple dies.
